my baby is get diaper rash nd white spot what should i do should i change diaper or rash cream or what's other way to figure out plzz help me with it

Diaper rash cream would be good to use you can use it but if the white patches are coming it could be due to the cream that you are using or you are using diapers excessively which is one big reason that this may be happening it’s better to check with your doctor once
