my baby is complete 4months he is now 145 days from yesterday he is giving sound like going moition...but he is not going moition sir/madam

It happens and it is totally normal. Sometimes babies don’t pass stool for more than seven days and it is also considered normal. This is all because babies are on mother’s milk and there is very less waste left in their stomach to poop out that’s why they don’t to daily.
