A. hi need to limit screen exposure of your child as well as you need to limit his salt and sugar intake. avoid giving outside food frequently , especially the food that contains saturated fat practice yoga or mediation daily. make sure your child takes enough sleep. spend quality time with your child which help to calm down your child.
