My baby is always complaining of cold and cold..Tell me what should I do

A. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/g sinarest. As a part of viral illness there could be adssociated symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .

A. good morning I would recommend that you should try to give your child and direct steam and you should apply baby Vicks rub on the nose it will help to provide relief to a great extent
