it's totally normal.
kids usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 3 years.
as few teeth have erupted you can now start brushing your kid's teeth twice daily

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello normal and is absolutely nothing to worry about and most baby will have most of the teeth by age 3 and is absolutely nothing to worry about and soon baby will have other teeth and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better
