It He is only possible if you see section stitches are healed completely so before you go for any kind of workout consult your gynaecologist if she gives you a thumbs up to go for Zumba then you can happily go for it without an issue because it’s very important for a C-section mother to have stitches healed completely before she goes for any kind of workout which requires a lot of strength and you know energy
