Q.

my baby is 8 months and 20 days old . he is frequently constipated? he is on breast feed and solid food. please suggest.

A. hello make sure to give your child fluids well in the diet and also you should be giving your child coconut water also which can help baby get relief from the constipation problem and give fruits especially banana and papaya which can help baby get relief from the constipation problem
