#AskTheExpert baby is one month old sir... frequently getting constipated...what food should I take for her relief and also for breast milk?

Constipation is common in néw born babies. Babies can go without poop for 5-6 days altogether and even more. Breast feed babies are rarely constipated as they digest the whole milk and little waste is left to pass out. If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise then no need to worry.
