#asktheexperts hello Sir.. my baby is 6 months old.. what solid food can I feed him and how frequently should he be fed with solid food in a day

A. hi initially start with fluids like dal water, rice water for 1 week slowly add new recipes & check for 3 days if baby can tolerate the food gi e boiled apple, vegetable soup, ragi porridge, upma, rice dal ghee You can give 3 meals a day
