My baby is 7 months old. I am giving him one time puree of boiled daal and carrot and 1 time cerelac. After introducing these foods he started having constipation, so i gave him water as well. I am using boiled RO water for preparing cerelac and for drinking. I also sterilize the spoon and bowl everytime before using. My question is can i use utensils without sterilizing? And also can i use RO water directly without boiling?
