My baby is 7 month 20days old she caught with cold from last 2 days please suggest and syrup or drops

Sinarist you can give thrive in a day and drop three times in the day can be given for a minimum three and maximum five days still if you do not see that your child has become better with that time then in that case you can consult a paediatrician for further assessment
