My baby is 6 weeks old. he will wake up only if hungry or wants to pass motions or sometimes if diaper is wet unless he will be sleepy. if we want to keep him awake we should make him half fed. is it normal or he should play by now?

A. it's very Normal finding and you should not worry regarding this thing but still you can contact with your dboctor for a proper confirmation regarding your query and a proper guidancve.
