my baby is 6 months old her birth weight was 3.3 but now she is only 5 kg ,she is fully on bm,full active touches all her milestones,what to do please suggest??

I think your breastfeeding is not enough for the child because right now your child should have been somewhere around 6.627 kg so of course I’m going to recommend you that you should give more formula to the child and start giving semisolid food to the child as well

Alright just to inform you as well I am not promoting for me I don’t get any share and stake  .. it  is that a lot of women who cannot produce efficient amount of milk do not have any milk it is for them to give formula milk to the child and your child is actually underweight as per the general standard so that is why I advised you to give formula milk if your doctors advising your child is healthy and on your mother-in-law side or whatever Explanation your doctor has given you if you are satisfied with it that end of the day that is what matters that you should be happy and satisfied with the growth of your child and that is what is most important for a parent to see that the child is growing absolutely fine it doesn’t matter by the end of the day the mother has to give formula milk, 
 also it is a taboo that you have in your mind that giving formula milk is unhealthy or something which is why you feel I am promoting it but that is not true we only suggest Women to give formula milk because the kids don’t gain weight they are under nourished  and also it is completely healthy to be given to the child

just for your information I am informing you, please always stop promoting FM, this is my 2 nd baby so I know my bm is sufficient or not, because of all this useless solution I visited my predritic he examined physically and told me it's completely look like gens .. actually my in-law side all are thin so because of that,she is fully active her Susu count is good that don't need to worry as per doctor.

So please don't always promote FM
