my baby is 6 month 9 days old he is getting rashes on his hands initially it is only on the wrist now it has spreading upward towards shoulder rash is reddish it has started since 2 days what is the treatment of it? please help

your child is having viral skin infection
this led to such type of skin eruptions and usually they will come for 5 to 6 days and then go away gradually in next 5 to 6 days.
usually symptomatic treatmewnt is given along with regular fluids in the diet as well as daily bath. it is very important to remaining contact with the doctor.
if there is discharge present from the blisters or the pustules then yous can apply t-bact cream over it.
can give paracetamol for fever.
