my baby is 5months old.. can I strt giving water as it's summer time

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Strictly NO.., not needed even in summers.. Breast milk has got lot of water ( 80 to 90% of water) which satisfies babys thirst. Baby should be breast feed exclusively till 6 month. take care
