My baby is 5 months 20 days old, I am planning to start giving nestum baby cereal rice 1 time per a day, kindly advise us whether we can start this or not and also suggest us if any better option to feed this age babies, thanks in advance.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear Mum, top food should be introduced only after completion of 6 months. however, instead of giving any sort of commercially available packaged foods, it is better to give homemade food.
