my baby is 4 months old he is tracking the objects well. he is smiling looking at other things but not smiling looking at my face is there is any problem

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. no problem at all ok. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok
