Q.
my baby is 4 month's old and he s having nose blocked and cold , m giving saline drops , kindly suggest a good cold drops as m giving jaswell but no results

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. give nasal saline drops every few hourly to the child in the nasal cavity.
try to prevent temperature variations around the child
you can go for indirect steam inhalation which will again help in decrexasing both cough and cold
continue the regular diet of the child
if there is no improvement in few days then meet your doctord
for fexver and pain give paracetamol.
anti-cold medicines at this age have got side effects so can be given only after medical consultation.

Sinarist 0.5 miles can be given 3 tonnes in the day along with that you can give indirect steam to China along with that you should consult your paediatrician as well because if any other medicine would be required to go for I am only suggesting a basic anti allergy
