mam ,after 6 months of delivery,you can start doing exercises or yoga.
but till that ,I advise to go for daily walk.
avoid using vehicles for short distance.
take fiberious food like green veggies , fresh fruits more.
increase your fluid intake.
drink warm jeera water or water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
