my baby is 3 months old .. can I eat shawarma while breastfeeding??

Yes you can eat vegetarian and non-vegetarian both no problems with that just make sure that it is not very much spicy otherwise it is not going to be healthy for you neither for your child because too much of spices or not recommended specially when you are a lactating mother
