my baby is 3 months old and she is getting some kind of allergy on skin.. just like a rash. Please help me with an ointment

A. Hello dear parent, redness,rashes, allergies etc are all common among babies. You can apply coconut oil on the affected areas and repeat the process after 2 to 3 hours. It must heal or get better in few hours but if it does not then must Consult with your paediatric
