my 3 year old son has allergy like heat rash from his forehead to foot even in eyes nd in ears too , what kind of ointment can be used?

A. Apply calamine lotion but if it is spreading so rapidly I don’t think so it’s a heat crash currently with what you are mentioning I think it would be a good idea for you to visit your doctor once and they are going to help you correctly on the situation
