my baby is 3 months old always having cold if I use medicine then he is okay again after 5 ,6 days he is getting cold what should I do???

It could be due to allergic reaction or poor immunity a lot of kids have an allergy of sudden change in the weather and temperature so it could be just associated with that right now looking at the age only medicines are going to help so just continue with that
