my baby is 21 days old.. every time I breastfeed him, my nipples hurt.. and also I am getting watery milk.. he is currently in formula based milk...is there any solution to this? plz help

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician12 hours agoA. You can use nipple shield as there might be done cut on the nipple which is why it us hurting and if yes then apply nip care cream and continue feeding the baby and you can start raking shatavari kalp

Take a good lactation supplement like Shatavari powder and it hurts initially because they are cracks and nipples and sometimes it could just be associated with having a nerve related pain so I would suggest you to connect with your gynaecologist once
