My baby is 2 yr and 3 month She can speak but what she is speaking we will not be able to understand ? Os it okay or it is a matter of concern

A. Hello, your baby girl is 2.3 years old and she doesn’t speak clearly so see if she has a tongue tie beneath it or she has some neurological issues so
