my baby is 2 month she always cry everytime , when I take chicken she got constipation and 3 Rd day we got hospital and give suppository then she will pass motion then her crying become normal next day I eat chicken and she passes motion more than 8 times and she cries all time when she passes motion then her crying was decreased not fully but sometimes, after 3 days I take meat that night she cried a lot , then crying everytime is that because of gas issues can I avoid non veg items fully , now when she cries her stomach become tight after sometime it becomes normal what can I do doctor give junior lanzol tablet, how to stop these gas issues
