Include all the seasonal fruits and vegetables and the food that belongs to ur culture.
Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups like seasonal fruits and vegetables,dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish egg, pulses,cereals, soup, fresh fruit juice etc as balanced diet
