my baby is 1y 2m and he has only 3 teeth, 2 on top and 1 bottom tooth... is it normal to get only one tooth in the bottom and not erupt in pairs?

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist2 years agoA. Hello Mam do not worry about this as it is a natural process. Sometime the teeth do not comes in pairs and one tooth erupts before the other. Slowly all the teeth will erupt.
