Hi! My son is 21 months old, till now he got only 4 teeth on top and 2 in bottom, when can he get all the teeth?

A. got only 4 teeth .. that is okay. start with calc phosphorica a homopathic medicine fr teething it helps in easing teething effects as loose motions green stool itching gums.. use Babyhug teethers
