Q.
my baby is 14 weeks old...can we give both paracetamol and atarax drops at a time in a day she got fever and cough and cold

gap of at least half an hour should be maintained between any two medicine which will help in improving the chances of absorption of the medicine for better results.
also when two medicinesx are given together they may react with each other decreasing the efficacy of both the medicines
