My baby is 14 month old...today morning when is wake up his eyes are red nd puffy nd lots of white discharge(kichdh) from eyes.is it conjunctivitis..what should i do??

A. Eye Redness is commonly seen because of some allergic condition , infection or any trauma which nehueds proper examination. if it is associated with some discharge it could be infection but no self medihcation should be used.
