My 5 month baby when she wake up in morning her eyes are closed with eye discharge pus what is the reason

A. Puss can be seen every time then maybe there is some allergy infection in the eyes otherwise little bit of buggies can be seen sometime which you can easily clean with cold water and continue to clean eyes every 3 to 4 hours for better cleanliness and hygiene
