my baby is 10 months old since yesterday he is vomiting after feed its very cold here is itsbecause of cold or what

Hello dr. my baby is 10 months old he is suffering from cold diarrhea since 2 days he is doing running water like potty 20 to 30 times or more than that dr. said it will take 3days ro recover medicine is going on injection is also going on bt yet not any recovery plz suggest what should I give him to eat so that he will stop potty
