My baby is 10 months and has sneezing and running nose. Any suggestions on what to do

Sinarist af you can give 10 drops to the child three times in the day with a gap of eight hours each and along with that you should give steam to the child indirectly and if the nose is blocked by any chance you can also put nasal drops every 5 to 6 hours
