my baby is 10 and half months old she is repetitive nodding her head side to side and clapping is this sign of concern?? Good eye contact but when she is watching didn't respond to her name.

A. do not worry if other milestones of baby are normal according to age you should just wait and watch but in case of further queries yojgu need to consult dr. to examine the baby to give correct guidance.
