My baby do side by side nodding always he is 7 month old

A. hi it happens because of gas problem or itchy head . so please check for this. please burp your baby well after each feeding. don't over feed your child. make sure your child feel comfortable while sleeping. apply coconut oil daily on your child hair ,it will help to soothe itchy scalps.
