My baby is 10.5months old yet , she has not got teeth.. Is everything fine with this..

yes it's totally normal as some kids show delay in getting their first milk teeth.
babies can get their teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 15-18 months.
so wait for some time. if till then also teeth do not erupt then consult Pediatric Dentist for evaluation

It’s all normal and common
Many baby has late milestone of teething
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Offer different varieties of food
Consult with your doctor or dentist once for proper medical examination and treatment if teething not start after one year
