My baby is 1 month old and her weight is very low 2.8 kg I don’t know if the weight machine is showing wrong because last week when we measure her weight that time she is 3.2 please let me know what to do

A. Namaste Mom, After birth baby tends to lose some weight and then first regain their birth weight and then start to put on or gain weight. Monthly weight gain is expected in the range of 400 gm to 1 kg and by the age of 4 to 6 months they double their birth weight

So the child has lost his 400 g in one month or what that is not clear to me and what was the birth weight that is also not clear to me so please check with your doctor because losing so much of weight and not gaining weight is not healthy if you have a doubt weighing scale is showing less or there is some problem with it you have to check with your doctor for confirmation taking birth statistics into consideration
