my baby have teary eyes since birth.Is it normal?

It could be due to tear duct blockage because kids do not have tears for initial six months so you can massage the nose of your child in between the area of the eyes and massage clockwise and anticlockwise that should really be beneficial in opening up the tear duct blockage
