My baby have acid reflux issue he will complete 4 months on 20th April so i can start giving him puree from now?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist8 months agoA. dear mum , no only exclusively breastfeed till 6 mths complete nothing else shd b given top food shd b given only after 6 mth complete spit up / vomit is common n normal
