Q.

My baby has secondary lactose intolerance. So can i eat dairy products??? Will i effect my baby?

A. you can eat anything ok.it will jot affect you.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily.thays all

A. Hello It’s quite a technical question it would be better for you to discuss this entire issue with your nutritionist if she advises you to have dairy products and you can otherwise in most of the cases even the mother has to give up on all kind of dairy products and the child is having any kind of lactose intolerant allergy
