my baby has only 4 teeth from back 2,3 month no one new added why is this

A. Hi usually kids get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 3-3.5 years.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to facilitate the eruption process of remaining milk teeth
