my baby is 18 months old. he have 4 teeth on the upper and 2 on the lower and no new teeth had come up for the past 3 months

A. Hi dont be tensed.. babies can get their complete set of 20 milk teeth anytime upto the age of 3-3.5 years.. as few teeth have erupted hope you have started brushing your kids teeth
