Hello ma’am Go for NMFE products they are available at a medical store and even you can buy them online so the best is to go for the cream as of now since you are saying that your child has dry skin so start applying it twice a day and then you will see a good result within 3 to 4 days of time and you can continue it as long as you want to because it is equally good for normal skin as well
