Q.
My baby has completed 1 and half month and yesterday second vaccination was done. BCG Hepatatis T1 OPV I was confused and having doubt is that correct vaccination done for half and month baby. if you are checking in photo I guess Dr. by mistakenly filled the birth column instead of 1st and half month. so i am worried that the correct vaccination done or here wrong column filled. Kindly help #Vaccination
