Q.

my baby has an allergy and doctor has prescribed atarax syrup 3.5ml twice daily. his weight is 11.5kg. is this dosage correct? I feel that it is more.. pls let me know

A. For your baby of 11.5 kg - each time 6.9mg of Atarax can be given. That is equal to 3.45 ml of atarax each time. So it is not over dose. But it should not be given more than 3 times a day. Giving two times a day for allergy is a standard one. Trust your doctor.. each one have their own experience..
