My baby had fever 2 days back temp went upto 100 after that she was normal but from today morning seems like it started with 99 then now 100 but whole day she peed regular had food as per rouite no vomit or diareahha also she doesnt have cold just her temp seems to he 100 it is something to be concerned off ?

A. its lpwgrade fever, it may bevdue to teething might be. you may give her calpol drops if temp is more then 100. give lots of breaat feeding. o k
