It could be a fungal infection also so currently I’m just going to advise you to Atogla cream that is a good option to reduce this kind of a rash and apply it 3 to 4 times in the day if it doesn’t get better within the time of 3 to 5 days then check with your doctor then maybe the doctor can confirm whether it is a fungal infection or a rash
