my baby got pimples on her face , what can I do to reduce it ?

it seems normal
as such no need to worry as they will disappear by own.
but if you are worried much ,you can apply thin layer of coconut oil or baby soothing Calamine lotion on it
dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes
keep your child in cool and dry place.
