after having baby , I'm having lots of pimples on my face. which ointment should I use to reduce these pimples on my face ?

For any kind of skin problem like any rashes or spots over the skin in any part of the body it is important to do clinical assessment and know the proper history before suggesting any treatment so please consult your dermatologist or pediatrician for proper treatment .bd

pimples on face is due to hormonal changes after delivery.
U can apply lacto calamine lotion on the face at night time...
wash it next morning.
This will help to get the clear skin.
use anti acne face wash
